To qualify for grant-aided fees, applicants must be employed in a private or commercial semi-state organization registered in the Republic of Ireland as a Business, Consultant, or Freelancer. This grant is exclusively available for individuals meeting these criteria due to the program being funded by the government. Those ineligible for part-funded fees can enroll directly with ICHEC and pay the full course fee.
