A new publication from the Confederation of European Data Protection Organisations (CEDPO) aims to provide Data Protection Officers (DPOs) with guidance on Ai and personal data. The publication, prepared by the AI and Data Working Group of CEDPO, comes at a time when AI tools are increasingly interacting with personal data, often at a vast scale.
With the very fast-paced development and roll out of new AI applications, data subjects are potentially exposed to new risks and DPOs face new challenges in understanding these risks and how they can be mitigated.
