A new opinion by a group of advisors to the European Commission aims to address ‘democracy in the digital age’. The opinion, which looks at both the positive opportunities and the risks of technology for the democratic process, features a set of recommendations for policymakers.
‘Democracy in Peril’ was published by the European Group on Ethics in Science and New Technologies.
