The software sector is changing significantly, and employers are looking for additional software experts to fill open positions and keep their employees updated on new advancements. As a result, skilling, upskilling, and reskilling are necessary.
Nine education profiles, ranging from Vocational Education and Training (VET) through Bachelor to Master, are made available by ESSA to fulfil five software roles.
The next generation of educational profiles for software roles, including Developer, DevOps expert, Solution designer, Test specialist, and Technical (software) specialist, are released by ESSA to balance educational offerings with workforce requirements.
